Please don't post error messages this way.
In the upper right corner of the screen is a notification bell. Click there, find the error, click on it and copy the text to the clipboard. Then post that.

The error message is related to an NTFS file system. You should use a native linux filesystem.

The mounts are stored in the omv config xml file. Do you feel comfortable editing that file? A slight mistake can cripple the system.
You should be able to remove the mount if you first remove all references to it (samba shares, shared folders, nfs shares, docker data storage, etc.) If you check the drive entries in the reset permissions plugin, assuming it is still there, it will list what is referencing the drive.
If you still can't remove the mount, there is a newish omv-extras plugin called mount editor that may allow you to remove it if it still seen as an orphaned mount, but try removing all the references and removing the mount the normal way first.

Yes I am comfortable editing the file if I know what to edit. Alternatively I can do the permissions thing but i went into it and I’m not sure what to do as it listed a lot of things but as far as I know that drive was only in merger fs and snapraid. Further if I fix the missing, will it allow me to mount the new drive?

It may have only been in merger and snapraid directly, but anything that references merger and snapraid references the drive because it's part of the mergerfs pool. Remove it from snapraid and the merger pool and everything else should be removed from it.
Since you were using it in merger and snapraid, It is much safer to go about it this way than editing the xml file, as you would have to manually edit everything related to merger and snapraid also, in order to not leave them in a broken state. doing these steps in the GUI should make the appropriate edits in all the config files that need to be edited.
The reset permissions plugin in this case is only used to identify what was referencing the drive. You don't need to do anything in there.

Thanks, so I removed it from snapraid and then was able to remove the missing file system which in turn let me mount the new drive.

You're welcome,
Glad it is sorted out.
